Tips For Traveling With Kids

If you’re close enough to drive to Tampa rather than fly make full use of that option. Kids are easier to entertain in the car than on an airplane plus you get the added bonus of stopping at interesting out of the way places that make have caught your eye or the eye of your kids. Portable DVD players or automobiles with DVD the players built in are a great diversion.

Tampa Family Attractions

As previously mentioned you can keep the entire family busy in Tampa quite easily. A family adventure park called Busch Gardens should be fun for all; of course you could opt for a water park (with all that warm weather) and hit Adventure Island instead. Or why not both? If the kids like animals you can always pop in at the Lowry Park Zoo.

And of course there are lots of educational opportunities as well with museums, theaters and the Florida Aquarium.

Baseball tickets can be expensive depending on who the team is and how well they are doing in their season. At the beginning of each season is a great time to go to a baseball game because you are not going to pay as much money.

There is no real way to get around paying for season tickets other than purchasing tickets that might not be in the best sections to save some money. Otherwise you are going to have to pay full price. There is one way you can make money off of the deal.

Selling The Seats You Cannot Attend

Most people that buy season tickets are not going to attend each game. Therefore selling the tickets is a great way to make a little bit of money back. Posting an ad either online or in your local newspaper that says Orioles tickets for sale is a great way to meet people that want to buy tickets.

Once you have a few customers that buy your tickets that you don’t use, then the stress of having the tickets go to waste is gone and you can make some money from your season tickets.

There are literally dozens of stores in the area for buying musical instruments like dean guitars and also dozens of more flea markets and affordable shops for buying accessories like guitar cases, drum sticks and more.

If you live in Tampa and are searching for the best places to play there are plenty of great clubs in the area that are searching for new bands and fresh talent. Some of the best clubs to check out for your next gigs are the Green Iguana Bar & Grill, Howl at the Moon, Orpheum and Yeoman’s Road Pub.

Live Music Festivals

Besides the dozens of great live music clubs in the area there’s also plenty of live music festivals slated for the year including:
Panama City Strawberry Music Festival – February 25 and 26th 2012
Inglewood Music Festival – March 9th and 10th 2012
Tampa Blues Festival – April 13th and 14th 2012
Although these festivals may be booked up there will be plenty of opportunities for you or other hungry musicians in the Tampa to connect with other area musicians and set up gigs for the rest of the year.
